Event Description

This will be Perthshire Photographic Society’s biggest ever exhibition, right in the centre of Perth. The venue is the magnificent Civic Hall in the newly refurbished Council HQ at 2 High St. Entry is free. To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Perthshire Society of Natural Science, they will have some of the earliest known photographs of Perthshire alongside modern contemporary work by PPS members.

Artwork Available During Event

Two of Cat’s artworks will be on display during the event, both framed Limited Editions priced at £280. The images are “Sleepwalking 1” and “The Tower of Kinnoull Hill” which showcases one of Perth’s best known landmarks.

About Perthshire Photographic Society

Perthshire Photographic Society is open to photographers of all ability who share a passion for photography in all its forms. The society meets weekly on Wednesday evenings from October to March in Perth Library and runs workshops, presentations and competitions. During the season, there are talks from an acclaimed expert in their own field one week and members cab get involved in a small group discussion on a photographic topic the next. Every meeting is geared to helping members learn from each other and improve their photographic vision. Joining costs just £45 annually and includes membership of Perthshire Society of Natural Science and discounts on their ticketed events. See for details.
