Something about this small scene caught my eye as I walked past it the other day.

I can’t tell if it’s the natural colour contrast, or the way the ferns sweep into the scene.

Or maybe it’s just my love for purple things…

Normally I’d use my 90mm macro for a shot like this but I am trying to only take one lens on hikes these days to keep my bag lighter.
