I just learned that today is National Wildlife Day! Which means today’s photo had to be of something adorable from the Scottish Highlands.
I encountered a few of these beautiful tiny rabbits at the edge of a small woodland near Loch Ness a few months ago.
I spent a good hour with them (and the blackbirds), watching them, photographing them and enjoying the moment. A sheer moment of blissful happiness.
It was this encounter which made me realise how much I’d missed photographing wildlife and which spurred my daily-photo project!
Thanks bunny! <3
