A Magic Winter

Today’s photo is of a rather magical snowy hike around the woodland and hills near Kingussie. We had SO much snow that day! I was wearing my winter mountaineering boots and full waterproofs. The snow came up to my knees in places! A very hard work hike, but worth it for the incredible views.

This was once of my last shots at the end of the day before I tried to get back before the sun fully set.

I definitely want to spend more time in this part of Scotland this winter!
