Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase with the exception of customised products (such as framed products or personalised items). Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays or expenses incurred by dispatching unwanted items. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded if an item has already been shipped.

If a product has been delivered but you do not wish to keep it, you must return it to us in its original condition. We advise using its original packaging and make sure it is well wrapped to protect it from damage.

Please use a reputable courier for the return with signature required delivery. All returned items must be insured for their value in case of damage in transit. The cost of returns is the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns will only be accepted if we are notified within 14 days of purchase and if the item is received back at the studio in perfect condition.

Please note we will only process a refund once the item has been successfully returned to us in perfect condition. And damage or loss during return is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please take as many photos as possible of the box, the contents and so on. Every package we send is insured, so we will need this evidence for our insurance claim. Due to the limited edition nature of prints, it is not always possible for us to issue a replacement, but we will try our best to do so.

In the unlikely event that this problem occurs, please contact us and we will guide you through our returns process.
